A-maze-ing Adventures is a family run business whose goal is to provide a place where families can spend quality time outdoors.
We first Opened in fall of 2011 providing a solid wall hay maze where families worked together to find six hidden objects in the maze, played simple games and spent time in the bounce house. From October 21 to the 30th the maze was transformed to a single path haunted maze complete with monsters and a haunted cemetery. A tractor pulled wagon transported guests safely from their cars to the maze and back again.
In 2012 we opened our wooden maze, which is twice the size of the hay maze. The maze is a fun activity where the youngest family member is on an equal level with parents and siblings when it comes to leading everyone through the maze. Family members can take turns picking which turns to make while searching for hidden objects as well as the open space where the games are. Inside the game space all family members can play beanbag toss, ring toss, and knock down the cans. After the game space there is one path leading out of the maze, but feel free to enter again either as a family or individually and see who can get to the exit or game space first.
After you park your car and purchase your tickets a tractor pulled wagon ride will take you to the maze and return you back to your car. Feel free to bring your own snacks.
A-maze-ing Adventures is a place where families can spend quality time together and build memories that will last a lifetime. Fergus Farm caters to children and therefore is smoke free everywhere on the property.
2013 Fall Season starts September first and is open every weekend from 1 to 5 pm. This fall we are having a Western / Fall theme. Once on the tractor pulled wagon you will be told there was a bank robbery. Guests will be given a Deputy badge and dropped off at our corn maze where they will search for 5 hidden clues that will help them pick out who robbed the bank. But first you must find the exit to the corn maze and enter our wooden maze. Here you will hunt down 6 fall stamps, and pass a dessert, a barn and a sheriff’s office on you way to the game room. Once in the game room have your card checked, identify the bank robber using your clues and obtain your reward ( a horse head finger puppet). Then try your hand at our games (all included in the admission price). Don’t attempt to memorize the maze as there are 11 gates which are changed around so the next time you come it will be a new maze. If you so desire we offer a pick your own pumpkin patch with reasonable priced pumpkins, and a pesticide free vegetable stand for your fall veggies.
