About Us

In the early 1900's, the Irons family did general farming.  The second generation began growing potatoes and apples.  The first orchards were planted in the late 1930's and the first apple crop was sold in the early 1940's.  Apple cider was made and sold also.  Later, a large cold storage was built and a large horse barn was transformed into a salesroom, which is still in use today.

The third generation began growing strawberries, tart cherries, peaches, pumpkins, and vegetables. These were followed by blueberries and raspberries.  A seasonal bakery and ice cream were added to compliment the market.

The fourth generation makes apple cider in a modern mill, which is also used as a cannery for our apple butter, jams and jellies.  A greenhouse was built in 1999 allowing us to grow vegetable plants for our field crops.

On Fall weekdays, we offer fun and educational orchard tours, as well as hayrides to pick pumpkins for 15 or more people, by reservation.  On Fall weekends, our 12-acre corn maze and hayrides to pick pumpkins are available without reservations.  Our bakery is busy making pies, apple fritters, cider donuts, caramel apples, and more.  Enjoy our friendly farm animals, a chance to picnic on the farm, special events, foods, and activities.

You can also find us at Country Applefest in downtown Lebanon the third weekend of September and at many of the farmer's markets around neighboring counties.  We sell apples, cider, fritters, donuts, pies, and apple butter!

In November and December we take orders for holiday pies.  The last weekend in November and the first three weekends in December, visitors can make mini-gingerbread houses.  Also available are gift boxes and baskets, and gift certificates  Our gourmet apple butter, jams and fresh apple cider are always a special treat anytime!
