Wilke's Dairy Farm and Wilke's Extra Sweet Acres

The farm is currently owned and operated by third and forth generation farmers:

Doug and Bernie Wilke
Bob Wilke
Brian Wilke

The farm was started in 1917 when the Henry Wilke Family moved here from Athens, Wisconsin.  Walter Wilke, age 2 at the time, bought the farm in 1940 and operated it until 1974.    It was purchased at that time by Doug  who currently operates the farm with the help of his family.   The original farm had 160 acres and 20 cows.  We currently own 534 acres, rent another 40 acres, and milk 110 cows.
